Accidental Discharge
Notes
Misfire (Loric): A drunk or poisoned player might misfire mechanically (i.e. function adversely to the ability). The ability granted to the Demon from the Boffin might Misfire. If the Vigormortis attacks itself & a Scarlet Woman becomes the new Vigormortis, one of the original Vigormortis Townsfolk neighbors is poisoned. If a Vigormortis ability is active, any minions killed by a Vigormortis have their abilities. V1.1: Minor updates for balance. Replaced Empath with FT, Acrobat for Math and Cannibal for Professor. Concept script to feature a new Loric - Misfire. Misfire (Loric): Abilities that are drunk or poisoned may instead misfire mechanically. This basically turns drunk or poisoned mechanical roles into a more wonderful puzzle reverse solving. The loric gives more worlds to Gamblers, Slayers, Tea Ladies and the like. Basically if a role that works mechanically is drunk or poisoned, the role instead may work counter to the original intent. The droisoned Slayer kills non demons. The droisoned Tea Lady saves their evil neighbors. The droisoned gambler dies when they gamble a player as their role. The storyteller should be able to justify how the ability is still meeting the intent of the original function, but with a twist that messes with the execution. So a droisoned Virgin could proc off of an Outsider, Minion or Demon and not from a Townsfolk, as a quick example. The storyteller should be able to answer possible interpretations of how this would go down when town asks. By Kinky Joe and Josian
