A Good Feast
Notes
A dead Shabaloth may still regurgitate Designed around giving the Cannibal "a good feast" of you start knowing and once per game roles to duplicate via execution, with a subtheme of extra death as well to speed up the game and to make it more interesting, as there are many roles that are good for the Gossip to kill, and for the Gambler to confirm. Despite looking like there aren't that many recurring information roles, this script actually has similar recurring info count to Trouble Brewing, which is the gold standard of scripts. I recommend that the Shabbaloth shouldn't regurgitate since there are some reasonably strong info roles here, and barely any poisoning or drunkening aside from the Demons, so it can be exceedingly strong information for town, to know that most of the information in the game is true and which days have been Gossip kills. The Bootlegger is optional and solely to cover the case of a final 5 with a Scarlet Woman and Shabbaloth, as the new Shab cannot regurgitate the old Shab's picks, so the game can end abruptly even if town executes the demon. That said, if town suspects it's a Shab and choses to execute on 5 anyways, then that's perhaps their fault anyways, hence why it's optional, but included for completeness. Notes Townsfolk I chose some of the stronger YSK townsfolk, with the Empath being an honourary one. About half of them are left to storyteller discretion and can show the same or different things to the Cannibal or Philosopher depending on the situation, while two are position based meaning that the storyteller has no choice but to give fresh info. Outsiders The Drunk is necessary for some non-demon poisoning or drunkening that can exist at the beginning of the game. The Moonchild adds onto the death theme with the potential to confirm or to accelerate games. The Recluse allows misregistration tricks with the Empath and Investigator, and also reduces the power of the Gossip and Artist as they can register as a Demon or Minion for their questions unless they are careful with their wording. The Politician I feel I run slightly different than usual. To ensure a flip, it would be good to play for the Evil team and spread misinformation, although I do think that if you do tie or cause a crucial vote that makes a difference on the final day (or any other day, saving the demon), then you have made the Evil team win when they wouldn't have otherwise, and thus deserve the flip. This makes them a true Politican that can play both sides, and that you need to be wary of in the final votes, and it gives them a interesting dimension of gameplay on the final day. Minions Godfather is needed for extra deaths and outsider modification, and so that people aren't immediately blase about executing the outsiders while the Boomdandy exists in order to make it so that town is can't wantonly execute the strong YSK and once per game roles as they might be Boomdandy in disguise. The Spy allows easier bluffing of Cannibal and Washerwoman while also being able to cause misregisteration tricks, like causing ostensibly "Vortoxed" info in a non-Vortox game, while the Scarlet Woman gives the demon a safety net, allowing them to more easily bluff YSK and once per game roles as they can allow themselves to be executed. SW also has an interesting interaction with No Dashii in that the poisoning will move when that happens, although there is also a slight bit of ani-synergy with the Pukka as it will cause a gap in night deaths, although that could be an opportunity for a "Solider" or "Monk" to confirm themselves, should you choose to give that as a bluff when there's Pukka+SW. Demons The three start of game information interfering Demons, Pukka, NoDashii and Vortox were the most obvious choice, with the Shabbaloth being the wild card that supports the extra death portion of the script. The Shab was originally also to cover an old resurrection subtheme with the Professor as well, but then I realized how utterly degenerate it was to have Professor, Philosopher and Cannibal around, allowing for an infinite loop of resurrections, so that was nipped in the bud.
