Snakes & Bishop
Notes
The bishop is always in play and is secretly assigned to a player, in addition to their own character. Bootlegger: The bishop is always in play and is secretly assigned to a player, in addition to their own character. Warning: This script does not run well at player count 7-9. It runs better when at least 2 minions are in play. The bishop follows the alignment of the player it is assigned to. This allows the player to attempt to deduce who is good and bad, based on the nominations made by the storyteller. The bishop's ability is never out of play, but can be deactivated through death, not exile. As an ST, you may use the bishop ability to back any player (real or false) claiming they preached the vizier by nominating the vizier, or simply nominate the saint. Come up with good amnesiac abilities that may help the good team with the possible evil win cons. Perhaps the vizier can only trigger if at least half of alive good players voted, the amnesiac allows the preacher to act twice, once per game, each night they choose someone and learn the closest outsider character, etc. The Al-Had can bring back to life the dead player with the bishop ability. The vizier interactions interestingly with saint and the preacher. Al-Had and the Moonchild also has an interesting dynamic. Removed pixie and added the librarian. This should help the outsiders with some backup, if it is needed. Replaced moonchild with klutz. As usual, moonchild was more of a townsfolk than an outsider in this script. New vizier and preacher jinx. Added bootlegger rule. Added sentinel to fix loud minion revealing no outsider mod. Removed saint, rough with Vizier. Removed virgin, essentially useless. Replaced with huntsman. Removed widow and undertaker. Replaced with cannibal. Sentinel was a mistake. Outsiders are quiet/hidden enough that obfuscation isn't trivial.
