Notes
The High Priestess does not learn which player the storyteller believes they should talk to. That player learns it instead. "The High Priestess of Ravenswood Bluff has changed her prayers recently. She no longer seeks God's guidance just for herself, but for others, as she is calling upon the lost souls of the town, one by one. With God's help, she asks them to join her in her prayers. But are her intentions actually pure and divine..." "God Told Me So" is my first serious attempt in scriptbuilding and I believe I've managed to create something at least interesting. The whole script is made around a custom bootlegger rule which reads as follow: "The High Priestess does not learn which player the storytelller believes they should talk to. That player learns it instead". So... rather than the High Priestess getting go-talk-to-that-player ping, we send the player an information that whatever they did or learn at night is important for the team the HP ability is on. However, the presence of the Boffin and Mezepheles leaves the possibility for the evil team to bluff High Priestess very conveniently. Legion that knows the HP is not in play can simulate it too. IMPORTANT: Drunk/poisoned High Priestess won't send any pings! That leaves a space for the evil team to bluff they got a ping that night. Apart from various potential HP targets the script features some possibilities to work with the Boffin, play with the IS-THIS-LEGION panic and IS-THIS-LLEECH panic. Featured characters: High Priestess, Boffin, Legion
